Need to return your item? Simple, we'll take care of it.
RETURNS POLICY
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
We only offer store credit to exchange an item/s if it is damaged due to our fault or it is an incorrect item that you received.
All return requests need to be made within 72 hours of the delivery date. Any return requests made outside this period will be denied.
All return requests are to be made via info@matanalabel.com. Once we have assessed your request, we will provide you with details on how to send through our items to be returned.
All damaged returns will be issued a credit-note that will allow you to easily re-purchase an alternative item or the same item from our website.
We quality check each item before it is sent. If customers receive incorrect items or receive products that are damaged they will receive full store credit. (Please note, at Matana The Label we undertake strict quality control checks prior to shipment and upon receiving returned items).
Upon receiving a returned item that does not comply with the return conditions mentioned above, it will be returned back to the customer at their expense.
Credit notes remain valid for 6 months upon receiving the email.
The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense, we do not refund or credit the cost of your return shipping costs.
Unfortunately we cannot hold items for exchange while your item is returned.
Be sure to use a traceable delivery method for your returning your item/s, as Matana The Label are not held responsible for lost/ damaged returns in transit.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds. We only offer store credit for damaged items when it is our fault. The inspection & result of assessment of damage is at the discretion of Matana The Label.
