3.2. Personal use only: All Matana The Label products and services available on the website, and any samples there of we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you purchase or otherwise receive from us. Please note that samples are subject to availability.

3.3 All pricing indicated for products available on the Site are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current prices listed on the Site and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered and delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of the website.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1. Order Acceptance: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or fraudulent activity.

4.2. Payment: Payments must be made through the available payment methods on the website. You can pay using a Debit/Credit Card or PayPal account. You must confirm that the credit card, debit card, PayPal account that is being used is yours.

4.3: Payment: All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

4.4: Payment: Your CVC number (Credit Card Verification number) is requested during your payment processing application form online as this number is only found on the physical card. Although this doesn't guarantee the card has not been stolen it does assure us that the person placing the order has the card with them at the time of the order and is an additional security feature required for your safety.

4.5 Orders: we do not ship packages on Australian National & NSW State public holidays including:

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen during checkout.

5.2. Delivery: While we aim to deliver your products promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

5.3: Delivery: We deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery times quoted to you are indicative only. To the extent permitted by law, Matana The Label does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party service.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. Returns Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we take special care packing your order. Due to health & safety reasons (as jewelry cannot be reused for allergenic reasons) we cannot provide a refund or exchange of your order for change of mind.

6.2: Should you receive a damaged item, please contact us with 72 hours of the order received date (including clear photos as evidence) and we will assist you with the process to return the item to us (shipping costs associated with returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer). If we assess that the order is genuinely damaged due to our fault, we will provide you with store credit to purchase a new order with us again. No refunds will be provided for damaged items.
